Reminder No Practice this Week
Reminder tha DWC practices are done for awhile - if wrestlers are interested in training for Folkstyle Nationals next week please let Coach Freidhof know and we can set up workout times. Otherwise be waiting to hear for more information from Coach Freidhof about a few practices in April, freestyle training opportunities and updates on Berzerker Bags and certificates.

Regular Practice Tonight, Tuesday, Mar. 18th 6:30-7:45 PM
There is regular practice tonight but no Berserker afterwards as Coach Freidhof needs to start counting practices to see who earned bags. Practice will be done at 7:45 PM.
